WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED
RUN FOR CHARITY
Great news! We’ve just launched our 2019 Charity program, supported by ASB, and would love to have you involved to help us raise our target of $1.2 million for New Zealand charities! Last year ASB Auckland Marathon participants raised an amazing $980,000 and we want to better that in 2019!
Anyone can run for a cause that is close to their hearts through the ASB Auckland Marathon. However if you choose one of our official Charity Hero partners to run and raise money for, you could receive an amazing Charity Heroes Race Package which includes free race entry into the ASB Auckland Marathon 2019, complementary race day transport, a souvenir Charity Hero finisher medal, Exclusive Charity Hero branded race bib so you stand out from the crowd, post-race hospitality at your charity’s finish line marquee, as well as ongoing support, motivation and fundraising tips from your chosen Charity Partner.
To receive a Charity Heroes Race Package, all you need to do is contact one of the official Charity Hero charities below and they will help you to set up your very own fundraising page on Everydayhero. Once you have reached the fundraising target for your selected charity, you will be eligible to become an official Charity Hero in the ASB Auckland Marathon 2019.
If your favourite charity is not a Charity Hero partner, then you can still run for charity. Simply search for your favourite charity and set up your fundraising page.
Make your run count in 2019, but don’t forget to register to race!
